Who can I contact? Upwork charged my credit card twice for one job I posted.

Never mind...I'm not happy with the lack of customer service upwork provides. A simple toll free number should be provided.  If it is, I couldn't find it.

My credit card was also billed twice. Not sure why but I would like a refund.

Hi Carolyn,

 

The two small charges are made in order to complete the verification on your billing method. You will need to add the amount of these two charges on Upwork. Once your billing is verified they will be refunded to your account. If further help is needed let me know, thank you.
