Hello,

My Upwork profile picture is blurry. Can someone teach me how to fix it? I reviewed and followed this article but to no avail:

Current profile picture resolution/image dimension is 4000px weight & height.

I tried 400 as well but same result. I used canva to resize.

Is the graphic sharp in Canva, but becomes blurry in Upwork?

Yes. I am also using this photo in other social media platforms. It is only blurry when I upload it in Upwork.

I have the same Issue!! Tried literally anything and my picture looks absolutely awful.
