Book Keeping Test

Hi! I have a problem with the tests. I have taken the book keeping test today but suddenly our connection went off. There was a problem with the internet provider. When the connection came back, I tried to retake the test but it already states that I should go back in February. I need to take the test for one job ad that I want to apply to. Please help.
