Bookkeeping and tax filings are highly dependent on the country in which they are done, so you should specify in your profile which country's legal/tax frameworks you are familiar with. Are you working in any ERP systems? Maybe you could make screenshots with all client data blacked out? Or have you prepared Excel spreadsheets? Again, no identifying data should be in it.

You can also present portfolio samples WITHOUT blacking anything out.

Create fake businesses, fake customers, and fake accounts. Create representantive bookkeeping work for them. Show clients what you know how to do.
