Bringing back a withdrawn proposal

Hello,

I withdrew a proposal but upon further talks with the client in Upwork messaging, and some tweaks to the job, I've decided to go through with it and have been hired. 

Now I'm not exactly sure what to do with the withdrawn offer to make it all active again. How should I best take care of this?

The client will have to make you a new offer.  Nothing to do on your end, unfortunately (I know from experience!).
