Bug in messages

How do I report bugs in the website?  When I write messages, 2 carriage returns will be maintained, however if I enter three carriage returns they are reduced to one.  This means I am unable to insert a double-spaced line in a message.

That is probably intentional. You have posted your concern here in the Forum. That is all you need to do in order to report this.

I could understand that reducing 3 carriage returns to 2 could have been intentional, however reducing 3 carriage returns to 1 (less than 2->2) is probably a bug.
