Can I buy connects with just what's in my upwork earning instead of a debit/credit car? Also, where can I see the status of earning like when is it going to actually be posted to my upwork account? I have recently finished a job and been paid but still waiting it to show in my earning report or somewhere on upwork?

To see your earnings click on Overview under Reports, than check Pending tab:
