Bypass language translation

I need to bypass the profile question for foreign language translation. I do medical translation but only in one language. Any Suggestions?

I just put a language in to bypass that part to complete the process. I have no foreign language skills. Do they have another section i need to complete that are more suitable for my skills for just medical translation?
