Camera and mic not found by upwork site - cannot use video conversing

Your site says it can't find my camera and mic but my camera and mic are used very day for my zoom meetings and they are fine ... how can i get your website to see my camera and mic so i can have video conversations with people i want to hire?

Yes i am but this does not solve my problem why i cannot use the Upwork system to have a video chat like veryone else does and can.  I would like to fix this problem.

I have the same problem, it says "unable to find camera in your system, please enable your camera" or something to that extent
