I have a simple question as my grammar is not good enough to communicate things that I want to convey to the client clearly for that reason can I use Chat GPT as a grammar-checking tool and use the suggested text that it writes me against my own text that I inquired about?

My advice to you as a professional member of an editorial sociey is don't rely on Chat GPT as a grammar checking tool; it still has a lot to learn. Try Quilbot/Scribbr, which is not bad at all.
