Hi Upwork team,
One of our client is looking to invite us working on their project via Upwork platform. So, I would like to create an "Agency account" on our team behalf to work on the project (for easier time tracking, billing, fees management etc.).
My question is whether it's possible for me to add another team member to the Agency account (after successfully created) with full "Owner" right, so that we can add payment method under his/her name. Even though his/her freelancer account was not approved by Upwork before.
