Can I change my location to the United Kingdom?

I live in Pakistan but I hired by a company based the United Kingdom. Can I change my location to the United Kingdom? Is it against the T&C of Upwork?

No, your location should be where you live in. If you live in Pakistan then it should be Pakistan.
But, if you move to a different country, then yes you can change the location.
