Can I move my ongoing project from my agency profile to my personal freelance profile?

Hi, Dear members! Actually, I opened an agency for a curiosity purpose. to see how it works.
So the fact is me and my client didn't notice that we are working through that agency. I noticed it first when I was going to buy connections for my account.

So is there any chance that I can move my ongoing project from that agency to my personal freelancer profile so I can close that agency?  Also if I close that agency will I be able to buy connects again for my freelancer account?
