Can I send tips to applicants whom I didn't hire?

I posted a job offer to improve my landing page, and asked applicants to look at the landing page and write one thing that they want to fix. Five people took the time to write long responses with many suggestions. They all said more or less the same things so I'll hire one (the person who recorded a 16-minute video critiqueing my landing page!) but my question is: can I send tips to the other four applicants, that I'm not hiring? They all helped me.

Currently, there isn't a way to pay freelancers without a contract. However, you could Send Offers for small Fixed-Price contracts to the freelancers you want to pay, release payment, and close the contract right away.
