Can not creat profile

Hi, I'm new to up work. When I came to the step of creat my profile, it just jumped to a page with couple lines word which telling I should create my profile, but there is nothing to fill up besides that (as the picture I showed ). Refresh the page is the same. I tried with Safari, Chrome, and upwork app, all the same error. I cleaned my caches, cookies, still the same. I would appreciate your assistance ASAP

Thank you for your message. I checked and I am unable to replicate any issue with creating profiles. Could you please confirm if you have tried accessing the site and creating a profile from a PC as well?
