Can others also see my private messages with other clients if I am a part of an agency?

Recently one of my clients included me in his agency profile as a team member over Upwork. 
I also have a freelancer account. I want to clarify that can he also see my messages with other clients over Upwork? Or does he also get some notifications when someone contacts me for a job?

No, your freelancer account is private and only you can see it, like always.

He can see only the agency notification/messages/contracts

would my current agency see my profile who's I'm with (new client) or would

Thanks for following up and further clarifying your question. Agency has no access to your activities with your clients under your own freelancer account. Please note that the work history on your freelancer account will show the jobs that are done or in progress.
