Can't accept an offer.

Hi! This is supposed to be my first client but I can't proceed with accepting the offer since the system pop-up will always display " The client needs to add a complete business address" , but he already did. Tried contacting help support but I haven't received a response yet.

Thank you for your message. Could you please share this link with your client and request them to add an address under the Company contacts section? Once done, please refresh your offer page and try accepting the offer.
