Can't accept team invitation

Hi, I have been invited to my companies team in UpWorks,but I can't accept the invite. When I click on the link from my email, I only get to the "Post a job" starting place. I don't find anywhere within the webpage to accept the invite, and when I click on the notification saying I am invited to a team then I get an error page. Please help, thank you!
