Can't access my old account to remove from google listing

Hello, I made an account to have a look years ago, and I never used it. Now I find upwork is listing my profile on google with my real name and incorrect inforation. I do not know which e-mail address I used to sign up, I had to make this account to use this support form as the website instructed me. Can someone please help me remove this upwork account?
