Can't access "contact info" page

In settings, I try to open the "contact info" page. However when I click that link it goes to the "password" page. Any reason why this keeps happening? I would like to review my contact info but cannot because I can't open the page.

Have you tried typing your password again and see if this work. Because mostly you need to enter your password again to see contact info.

I checked, and it seems like your contact info page is working. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or try using a different browser? If you continue to experience the same issue, please let us know.

Clearing cache and cookies does not resolve this.  I have the same issue and I need to change my email address.  Clicking on Contact Info only opens Password & Security

I checked your account, and see that you have not yet set up your account Password and security. This is why you are being directed to create one to access your contact info page. Please complete this step, and once you're done, please go to your contact info page again to update your email.

I'm having the same issue, I have cleared the cache but it still directs me to the password page and the pop up for set security questions appears. even after i create a security question it still the same process when ever i try to goto contact info page.
