Can't bid on any project?

As I am a newer to upwork  I cant bid on any project  because of job success score ?

Hey Lakmal,

Do you mean you don't have connects? If yes, then you should choose your membership plan going to settings, Membership & Connects.
If you do have connects, and don't bid on jobs, just because they require 90% JSS, then you are wrong. Of course, no new freelancer has a JSS, so what you need to do is writing a killing cover letter, adding examples of previous work, answering client's questions if any, asking questions if you have any, in a word, make the client feel you are the right person to hire.
I also recommend proofreading your overview, adding more portfolio items, passing tests proving your skills.

Also, Lakmal, provide a good, professional photograph of yourself as a profile picture. Cartoons will not do.
