Can`t cange my password because security answer error (made duplicate account). URGENT!

I can`t change my account`s password since there are some issues with security question answer (I know the answer, butthere a probably spaces, etc. on the answer so the system won`t recognize it). Just made a duplicate account for that and need an urgent help!
