Can't find payment records

Hello.

 

I started work for a client on Niovember 1 and have worked every day of the working week for the same client. I took a bit of time to get to grips with Time Tracker and a couple of times I entered manual accounts, which I probably did wrong. I'm on top of it now. But I can only see a record of payment for last week, November 14-20. Can you help me please?

Hi Paddy,

 

If you look under Reports you will see the invoice for the week of 10/31-11/06 was paid on 11/16. Also if you check under "pending earnings" you will see the week of 11/07-11/14 is there and should be available this week. 

 

Let me know if you are still having issues finding your invoices.

Hello Lena. Thanks for your reply the other day. I waited for a while but now have to report that the payment made on 11/16 hasn't appeared in my PayPal acount yet. I'm wondering if I've supplied the wrong email address = although it appears to be correct in my profile - or if there's some other problem. Please can you advise?

Hi Paddy,

 

If you go to your Reports> More Reports> Transaction History, you'll see all your transactions. It doesn't look like you have withdrawn any earnings to your PayPal yet and all your earnings are on your Upwork balance now.

You can either go to Settings> Get Paid and click Get Paid now to withdraw or let your funds to be withdrawn automatically according to the payment schedule you've set up.
