Can't get my VAT approved

Hello,

I used to do some work in Upwork a long time ago, but now I am here looking to hire people. I have my own company and I want to add my VAT number but no matter what I try I can't get it approved. I am not sure why. Any ideas?

Yes, it is. Already checked multiple times. 🙂

The only difference I see between info I provided to Upwork is in the address. In Upwork I have to choose city, which is Kaunas and in VIES database it says "Kauno m." which means City of Kaunas in my language. Can this be the case?
