Can't invite coworker

I am getting an error when trying to invite a coworker. When I enter their email address in the "Invite coworkers to your team" area I get an error that says "Please enter email addresses separated by commas". The coworker email contains a comma. I think that is what is causing the problem. If I remove the comma the error message goes away, but then it is not the correct email address. Thanks.
