With over 2 years of customer service experience, I recently joined this platform, convinced that my skills would secure me a job in no time. But alas, it's been a challenging journey. Despite submitting 80 proposals to clients, not a single one has been accepted. I've polished my profile to perfection, yet I still can't seem to land a job. Can you offer any suggestions on how I can secure my first gig?
