Can't post on my main account

Hi... My "New Topic" button is grey on my main account and i can't post... So i had to make a new one to do so 😕

I want to post because my application on my main account has been getting declined even after fixing the account many times and at this point I don't know why its getting declined. I really need to talk to a human about this, please help me.
