Can't proceed beyond 'Create Profile'

Hi there!

I applied as a freelancer by filling my full profile without any errors, and I am simply unable to get any update from Upwork as whether my application has been approved or not, nor any status update/mail regarding the same. The page keeps on refreshing the same data which I gave during the time of my application.
