Can't register a new account.

My friend would like to register as a freelacer however when she click on sign up after entering her email address, she always has this error :"This almost never happens but something went wrong. Please try again later or contact support for assistance.". Can someone help me how to resolve this issue?Thanks.

Hi Janelita,

I'm sorry to hear that your friend is unable to sign up for an account. Could you please have your friend try using a different browser or use incognito mode instead?
