Can't request for manual name review

There seems to be no option to talk to a real human for customer support, and I need to request a manual name review for my bank account since I go by a nickname based off my real name.

Hi Lee,

You can update your name by going to Settings and using the edit button. If your name variation is not acceptable, our agent will advise you directly about mismatch on your documents and suggest editing your Upwork profile name to match your legal name.
