I'm trying to fill in my education history but it won't save, there is a message that says "Select appropriate degree from the drop down list", however I had already done this. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or how I can get in touch with upwork customer service (not just a bot).

I checked but couldn't replicate the issue you are describing. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? If the problem persists, please let us know and share a screenshot from your end so that we can take a look.
