Can't update profile photo (infinite loading)

Hi,

I'm trying to update my profile picture, but when I click the edit button (little pencil), I get this infinitely loading prompt. I've tried leaving it for up to 10 minutes with no results, and I've tried 3 different browsers (Brave, Safari, Chrome) and resetting cache and cookies.

Any ideas what causes this bug and are there any ways around it?
