Can't upload my profile picture - strange problem

Hello, i wanted to upload new profile picture, because my current is kinda umm.... ugly,

I wonder why i can't upload new profile pic, there is my face visible there, bigger than 250x250px.

It's kinda strange because i created upwork account a few years ago when i haven't got any aspirations to become freelancer, and i uploaded photo made with crappy web camera and it wasn't a problem.

I tried by firefox, chromium, firefox mobile and got nothing
