Can't upload profile picture

I'm trying to get my account setup and went to upload my profile picture, but everytime I try to it just gives an error and fails.  I'm not sure what to try.  I did try switching browsers and using private browser, but those didn't fix anything

Hi Goran V.  It's been a week since I was told that I would hear from support staff and I have not heard anything yet.  Is there an email or phone number I can contact?  I can't start using upwork until I am able to upload my profile picture
