Can we resend the testimonial request to a past client?

Can we resend the testimonial request to a past client, because of client unable to found the first Upwork testimonial email.

Could you please click on my name and send me a PM with the email address of the client you're referring to, the one they're checking for the testimonials request. I'll check that for you and assist you accordingly.

I am having the same problem. I cannot resend a testimonial request. Some of my former clients did not get the request. I am new to this site and trying to set up my profile.

I have requested a testimonial from a non-Upwork client. He has asked me to resend the request (he cannot find it in his Inbox.) I don't see any way to resend the request. How do I do this?
