Cannot Add Connects

Hello, I'm new to Upworks and I'm seeing an issue with adding more Connects to my account. I used my credit card and got this on the screen. I waited 5 minutes waiting for it to process, but nothing happened. I tried again and same thing. Please help!!!

You apparently do not have an approved credit card. Did you add your credit card under "billings" in "settings" in your user account? (Click on your name in the upper right corner.)
