Cannot Post a Job

Hello,

I have only used Upwork once in the past as a freelancer.  Now I want to post a job.  I cannot find any buttons in any menu that allow me to create a posting.  Everything is related to "find a job".  There isn't anything for "post a job".  It looks like my profile is set to "Locket Private"  I am unsure it it's related.  Please help.

You need to create a client profile *on your existing account* by clicking the context menu (it's your avatar on the top-right on desktop) and following the prompts to create a client account.
