Cannot Sign in my account

I cannot signin in my account.
I am not able to sign in my account. I have created my account yesterday and now when I try to login, I end up on error page saying: We can't complete your request now.
We're currently experiencing an abnormally high volume of traffic.

Can you please guide me through this?
