Cannot accept a contract offer until compliance specialist approves

I am trying to accept a contract from an enterprise client. I have created my agency profile and personal profile, and before I can accept the contract, it tells me i need to be verified by a compliance specialist. it says it will only take 1 day, but it's been 5 days thus far.

How do I go about getting an update on this? The chat bot doesn't help, and there is no way for me to contact anybody in person.
