Cannot access account after email verification

After opening an account and verifying my email address, I cannot access upwork after login. The same error page appears.

 

I've tried following instructions: refreshing the page, clearing cache, opening private browser window. I've even logged on using a different computer. The same happens each time.

 

Any ideas?
