Cannot change username.

I accidently made my upwork account with one of my usernames but not my actual name. As far as I understand, in order to change my name I need to go to "Contact Info" in User Settings. But I can't even complete that step because everytime I click on contact info it redirects me to the "Password & Security" page. It also does this when clicking on "Get Paid" and "Profile Settings". I have no idea why this would be the case. I would really like to try upwork. Thanks.

I tried but wasn't able to replicate the issue you're referring to. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser?

I tried clearing my cache and going to a private browser. I also tried alternative browsers. I get the same issue. Here is a gif showing what happens.
