Cannot log in with password

I used my password to log in but it was not accepted. I reset the password via their link four times . Each time the link accepts the password but then when I use it, it says wrong password.

 

I had to set-up a secondary email account just to communicate this.

Hi David,

Make sure you are typing possword in "Password" not in "Security Question".

If you are sure you are doing everything perfectly, then reach out to upwork customer service.
