Cannot submit proposal in response to an invitation

Hello,

I am new to Upwork and I appear to have been accepted automatically.  I was able to submit several proposals yesterday, but today, upon receiving an invitation to submit a proposal, I cannot.

I keep receiving the message "Something went wrong.  Please try again."  I have tried again.  I've tried on mobile and on desktop.

Hi Lauren,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I checked and it seems that the job post for which you received an invitation has been closed and you can't submit a proposal anymore. Could you please let me know if this is only happening for the invitation you received or for more job posts?
