Cannot verify my mobile number

Hi!

I am trying to submit a proposal for my first job before that upwork ask me to verify my mobile number. I chose to send me the code but I am not receiving any code through call or text. I checked multiple times my phone number and location is correct. Now it say you tried this option too many times contact support. Contacting support led me to this. Any help?
