Cant Upload Profile Picture

Hello, Upwork.

I'm Julieta Loyola Amad I want to be a upworker now. So I have created my account today, but I can't upload my image on profile.  But error message is displayed as like this "Can not upload image at least 250px by 250px size". What's the problem on there? 

Can you help. I have tried to change browsers and that does not work.I hope to help me ASAP quickly.

Hi Julie,

Could you please check the size of your image? If it's smaller please try to upload an image that is at least 250x250. If you're still experiencing the same problem with an image that is larger than 250x250, let me know here. Thank you.
