I created my account in Puerto Rico, and placed my address from Puerto Rico here. I relocated recently to California. When I try to change it, the website tells me "In order to change your address to the United States, you must first provide your W-9 tax information here". I go over there and there's the old address again. I can't change my address. Please help.

I have the same issue, except from Japan to US addresses. How do I resolve the loop issue?
