Hello. My friend has been trying to submit her certificates and get them verified by Upwork. But they have been pending for over two weeks now. She has been trying to contact Upwork through many channels but it seems that she has no privileges posting a thread in the forum or to contact a moderator if need be. She has no way of communicating with Upwork regarding the status of her certificates or for any other issues she may have. She would really appreciate it if a representative was able to contact her through email and clarify all their concerns with her regarding her profile so she can verify her certificates and be able to use the website again as per will. I'll share her email on private message if this issue can be resolved. Thanks, and any help is appreciated!
Just to confirm that freelancers can add only certifications that are listed on our list Here. If they are trying to enter a certification, not on the list, they’ll have the opportunity to Suggest a Certification. Your friend can refer to the details shared on their tickets and post any additional questions directly there. Thank you.
Her certificates are part of Upwork's certificates lists (Google Ads) but she still has received no response. The whole issue is that she cannot contact anyone from Upwork including not being able to correspond with Upwork via tickets. So if the hold on her account could be removed so she can use the ticketing system to communicate with Upwork, that would be highly appreciated
