Certification Section is not found in the profile

Hi Dears, 
I have problem here 

There is no certifications section in my profile !!
I tried multi times to use the method Find work > Profile but still no Certefications sectioon!!

I closed The Account and started new one and still same problem!!

How Can I fix this Please

Please keep in mind that freelancers are allowed to have only one profile. Opening more than one is a violation of our Terms of Service.
Regarding the certification section, you will be able to view once the review on your application is completed or once your application is accepted. Thank you.

The question was answered; instead, the response was relevant to the unasked query. The certification section from Upwork has been disappeared, any updates on when it will be back? Or it's gone for good.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the Help page regarding certifications or the actual section on your profile? If it's about the page, please note we have received a few reports of users not being able to access the Help pages, as they're being bounced back to the homepage and the team is already working on resolving this.
