Good afternoon. A few weeks ago I added my "Cambridge: First" certificate manually and it said that I would receive confirmation of it within 5 days, but it has been weeks and I still don't have it on my profile. I followed the instructions and sent the results of the exam. Did I miss something? I am about to complete my profile and I need this, please.

P.D.: I didn't find this specific certificate on Credly so I couldn't add it with that method either.
