Change address/ tax information loop

I am currently studying abroad and accidentally entered my European address instead of my permanent American one. I want to change my address to the American one in order to enter W9 tax information, but am stuck in a loop where the site says to enter W9 information to change my address, but I can't submit any W9 information because it is showing my European address. Help?
